1 RESERVATION SECUREMENT:
1.1 To secure your reservation, participants are required to pay a non-refundable booking amount of Rs. 11,000/-

2. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
2.1 To confirm your registration, participants must pay the full amount based on the selected package as per
the guideline by IHI team OR at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
2.2 Failure to pay the full amount within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of the
reservation without a refund.
3. DISCOUNT OFFER::
3.1 Participants who secure their reservation 45 days in advance will be eligible for a Rs.21,000/- discount on
their selected package.
3.2 The discount offer is limited to the first 15 participants who fulfill the advance reservation criteria.
3.3 To avail the discount, participants must pay the full amount and confirm their registration before the 30-
days deadline prior to the retreat start.
3.4 The discount will not be applied if the full amount is not received within the stipulated time frame.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
4.1 In the event of a cancellation made by the retreat organizer, your 100% amount is refundable.
4.2 No refund will be issued if the cancellation is initiated by the participant.
4.3 No refund will be available in case of cancellation due to any natural disaster, adverse weather conditions,
riots, strikes, or unavoidable political or legal issues.
4.4 In situations outlined in 4.2 and 4.3, we may consider your paid amount as credit towards the next retreat or
any other services offered by IHI.
